No Time to Work Out? Take it to the park!

Free training sessions plus a routine you can do on your own

By Liz Moore May 12, 2016
Hi! I’m Liz, a mother of two and fitness enthusiast. Finding time to balance all of life’s challenges is difficult, especially when you add fitness to the mix. However, adding fitness to your weekly routine can help control your weight, lower chance for heart disease, diabetes and certain types of cancer, strengthen bones and muscles and improve your mental health and mood! No matter what your body type or your fitness history it is never too late to start your fitness journey and to show your children what it means to lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Please join me for my “Workouts in the Park” this summer! It is for ANY FITNESS LEVEL and FREE! We will meet at the Hurley Field Stadium entrance on the Saturday’s listed below at 10am and then walk to an unoccupied area in the surrounding parks to complete our workouts. I like to mix up my workouts so they will always be different. Here is the May/June schedule:
  • May 14 - Full Body Blast,
  • May 21 - Baby Wearing Workout (bring baby and a baby carrier and stroller), June 4 - Beginner’s Yoga  (bring your mat),
  • June 11 - Full Body Blast
You can RSVP to the Workouts in the Park by sending a quick email to liz.sobczak at gmail dot com.
