Description
Find YOUR local Ferndale park and dive into the fun with the Ferndale-wide Eggstravaganza put on in partnership with Renaissance Vineyard Church!
At each site, children will have the opportunity to gather as many prize-filled eggs as they can. Each site will have an area dedicated to younger children (ages 1-4) and older children (ages 5-12). Each section will also have one Golden Egg that will net its finder a special prize. At the last site, Martin Road Park, children and parents will have the opportunity to see the Easter Bunny and enjoy hot chocolate and senior bake sale goods.
Schedule:
- 12:30 p.m.: Marie Park - ages 1-4 only. At the end of Marie St. near Pinecrest & Eight Mile
- 1:00 p.m.: Wilson Park. On Hilton Rd. south of Nine Mile Rd. Limited parking available on street and in small lot.
- 1:30 p.m.: Garbutt Park. On Eight Mile Rd. west of Woodward Ave. Limited parking available on side street and in small lot.
- 2:00 p.m.: Geary Park. On Pinecrest St. north of W. Nine Mile Rd. Limited parking available on street.
- 2:30 p.m.: Martin Rd. Park. On Lewiston Ave west of Hilton Rd. Parking available at Detroit Curling Club and side streets.
